School Supplies and anything involving paper, pens, and organizers, that is ME!
I still love them all. Every August/September I feel like I need to get organized and settle in, like I'm going back to school, like the kids! Funny 'cos my kids are long past all of this! I guess somethings you never outgrow.
So what got me started on this a little earlier in this year. I had to go to Staples (an office supply store for my UK friends) for some mailing envelopes and then, of course, I had to wonder around. There was this section that catch my attention! Oh, the colors and styles and selection, I knew I was in heaven.
Here look what trouble I got into
So you are looking at all Martha Stewart supplies. All in my favorite colors at the moment. Note: the pen is a different purchase the day before a local card and gift store in my town. (also my colors)
Paper, stickers, labels, plastic pouch for binder
Red three ring binder, post its and sticky markers
Note: lovely coaster from my Finland friend, Mia at miashandmade.blogspot.com
Take a peek, she has a lovely blog and Etsy shop.
Can't forget my divider pages, see the ones in the middle
Now I will get them all put together and start using them and having fun with my calendar, projects, to do lists, ideas and then shhhhhhh my Christmas list (sorry Viv)
So who else is like me??? I know there must be some nerdy people like me, but don't want to admit it. That's OK. I loved sharing my love with all of you and I wish you all a wonderful week!
I leave you with my Fall basket of mums and ornamental peppers! My summer basket of nasturtiums, lobelias, and petunias faded away, so I had to bite the bullet and make my fall basket. : (
Thanks for your visit as always, xoRobin❤

Robin you are so cute. I used to love school suppl;y shopping when I was young, but it became such a hassle getting everything for my kids. I am not very organized, maybe I should get a red binder to help.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week,
Meredith
I'm the same and I'm proud of it! :-)
ReplyDeleteI recognised Mia's bird in your pictures, so funny that it
pops up on your blog.
Love from Mirjam.
HI Robin, we have a Staples store over here which is the same sort of thing. Maybe its a multi national company? Anyway I love to browse in there and I well remember going and kitting out my boys when they were going back to school in September. I must confess I love this time of year, autumn is a lovely time.
ReplyDeleteHi Robin. I am like you too. I love to peruse the aisles of paper products and things at Target and I love Staples and Office Max for those pretties too. I am a list maker. A note taker. And I have those cute tablets all over the place! I must pop in there and see what sorts of pretty things I need to get myself all organized too. You said that naughty word. Christmas!!!! Ugh....I must face it, because ready or not, it shall be here soon!!!
ReplyDeleteThank you for your sweet comment on my blog. I do so love my blogging pals!!!!
XO Kris
Hello dear Robin,
ReplyDeleteLovely stationery (and oh how it matches to my birdies, thank your showing the little tweet!), I wish we could get Martha's stuff in my hometown! And this post made me smile as I was just dreaming that after this HUGE custom order in my hands I will make some pencil cases into my shop, and that plaid fabric was first choice in my list!!!
Have a wonderful last week of August!
Yours,
Mia
Hi my friend Robin! Oh yes, count me in on the paper and pens and inks and clips and tab pages and and and.. Staples has Martha Stewart stuff.. oh yeah! I still use a fountain pen and mix my own inks if it's not just right.. so we definitely have this in common.
ReplyDelete((hugs)), Teresa :-)
Ohh I am completely with you, new stationery at the start of term was my absolute favourite thing and I still love it now even though I left school and uni a long time ago! I could never understand my very thrifty best friend who had the same pencil case the whole time we were in school...
ReplyDeleteWe have Staples here in the UK too! Unfortunately I doubt they have Martha Stewart things but hopefully I'm wrong :)
Hi Robin, I was amazed to see that Martha Stewart does stationary too!! I always had a new pencil case and stationary at the start of every school year and so did my kids. Fond memories. Glad to see you keeping those alive and being so organised too.I am also a great list maker and so is my Hb, at the weekend we even have a list of things we need to do...there is a great feeling of accomplishment when things get ticked off! Enjoy your new things,

Hello dear Robin I loved seeing all your gorgeous new stationary supplies!! I love to have a nice new selection too, and remember that as the best thing about going back to school in September! I still need lots of paper, pens and notebooks for making plans and lists as well as designing.....just can't have enough of them really!! Love your Martha Stewart ones, and the lovely colours you've picked.
ReplyDeleteHave fun using them :)

What a gorgeous basket of flowers Robin!! :)
ReplyDeleteOh yes I love stationery, I have so many books that I don't know what to do with them!! Some are so pretty that I don't want to write in them, how silly is that!!! :)
Your Martha Stewart stationery is lovely.

P.S. I 'll forgive you for saying 'C'!! ;)
