❤My Next Project❤

Oh, this is so exciting a new knitting project and this time I only have to make "2". My best girlfriend's niece is having twin sons. Sooooo I found this adorable knitting pattern and it was free. Here's the link:   http://www.bernat.com/pattern.php?PID=4858&cps=21191  I will show you too.

Here's the beginning. I love the colours. I will be reversing the yellow and aqua on the second one. Do you want to see more? Of course you do, what a tease I am being.

Here it is and next picture up close!

Isn't this the sweetest baby cocoon sack and cap! It will be so cosy for snuggling, nursing baby, and warmth. I have never seen this type baby wear before, that is why I am so thrilled. My granddaughters certainly would have had them.

I will show you the progress along the way.

That's all for now, I just couldn't wait any longer to show all of you. Thank you for all the wonderful comments on my sweaters. My heart was smiling and grateful.
Have a lovely week and I hope to be back soon.

  3. Robin, I've seen a few of those cocoons lately and they are adorable! It would be fun to put a baby in one of those! LOL

Can't wait to see the both of them.

  6. HI Robin, Congrat's to you too for winning a 'Helen heart'. Thanks for visiting and saying such lovely things. You don't look old enough to have 5 kids and two grandchildren!! I love this snuggle cocoon and I want to knit an adult one for myself! I'll keep an eye out for your finished one's. Claire x
